Therefore, creating a fresh perspective on stressful situations and issues of life. With Meditation, Fitness, Biblical Counseling and Movement we can assist our clients to significantly reduces stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pain while enhancing peace, perception, self-concept, cognitive skills, and overall wellness. I know this Because health and wellness helped me, it saved my life. I believe an individual should be able to choose what works best for them. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other customers and clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers and clients, in order to be respectful of your fellow users.
