STRENGTH GROWS

THROUGH STRUGGLES.

COURAGE DEVELOPS IN CHALLENGES.

WISDOM COMES FROM WOUNDS.

Mental strength is the ability to deal with challenges, pressures, and stressors in life. It's an emotional and cognitive skill that involves developing and maintaining healthy mental habits. Mentally strong people can resist internal and external influences that weaken their self-confidence and well-being. They can also reframe negative thoughts and adverse circumstances, and bounce back from setbacks.

Strength is letting go,

when you want to hold on.

Courage is moving forward,

when you fear what's ahead.

Wisdom is listening,

when you want to be heard.

Essentially, spiritual strength means the degree where your inner beliefs stand. People want to make sure that they are doing their best to be as spiritually in-line as possible. However, it comes with its own set of challenges, that are amplified due to the nature of our modern noisy and technology-based world.

Psychological strengths are character traits that can help people respond and behave in more positive ways.

Someone's strengths are the qualities and abilities that they have which are an advantage to them, or which make them successful. Take into account your own strengths and weaknesses.

"Strength" in this same verse is a Hebrew word meaning “a place or means of safety, protection refuge, or stronghold.” The root word of strength means “to be strong, prevail; to make firm, strengthen.” The joy of the Lord is a constant gladness and cause to rejoice. It stems from an inner strengthening from our relationship with GOD The Father. When Jesus died for us, He restored us to a peace with God that cannot be undone.

Generally speaking, strength is a quality someone possesses that helps them to overcome adversity. This might be physical, mental, psychological or spiritual as different situations call for different forms of strength. Whatever the case may be, though, strength helps people to persevere through something they find difficult.

Your Life Follows Your Thoughts!

Today's Scripture:

"Who of you by worrying can add

a single hour to

your life?”

Luke 12:25NIV

Today’s Word:

“And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?”

Family, do you realize that your life is moving toward what you’re constantly thinking about? This can be helpful or harmful. Are you worrying about your future? “I never get good breaks. “Why is this happening to me? “ “How will I ever retire?” You’re moving toward defeat, lack, and mediocrity. Try a new approach. “Favor is in my future. Good breaks are chasing me down. The right people are headed my way.” When you think like that, you’re moving toward favor, increase, open doors, and abundance.

Are you worrying about your health? “I’ve had this condition for years, and it’s getting worse. Everyone in my family struggles with depression. I’ll never get back in shape.” That’s moving you in the wrong direction. Change starts in your thinking. Try this approach, “This condition is not permanent. Chains that have held me back are being broken. I am free. I am whole. I am healthy. I am full of energy, vitality, and strength. My youth is being renewed like the eagle’s.” Get your mind going in the right direction. Your life is going to follow your thoughts.

“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; But his heart is not with thee.”

Prayer for Today:

Father, thank You

that You are in control of all the situations in my life and You are fighting my battles.

I choose to guard my mind from worrisome, anxious thoughts that trap me in negativity and discouragement.

I believe that no weapon formed

against me will

prosper.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.”🙏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾”.
