Anthony Hathaway passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the age of 73. He was a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana but relocated to Austin, Texas. He left behind his devoted companion Lisa Ortiz. Loving father of LaToya Navarre, Larean Norris and Kenyatta Foy. He is also survived by a host of grandkids, two great grand- daughters & one great grandson, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Ruth Irene Jamison and Donald Jamison. Relatives and Friends of the Family were all invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 1:30pm at Majestic Mortuary Service 1833 Oretha C. Haley Blvd. New Orleans, LA. 70113. Visitation begun at 12:30pm. Burial was private. Professional Arrangements was entrusted to Majestic Mortuary (504)523-5872.

Grandma Ruth gave you the moniker’s cassava and bum, and we adopted it from her!
Pops this month someone falsely reported my health & wellness practice/program to the LPCB.
On top of that, our entire household came down with an extremely serve case of the flu.
Lo and behold just a few days later you came visited & consoled me from heaven.
God sent me a comforter in my time of trial and turbulence.
He always wraps his loving arms
around me. I believe, that "You & God don't play about me."
Daddy you were so radiant, beautiful and peaceful.
Your soft whisper "You do Love Me" Provided my heart with profound tranquility.
Whilst giving my spirit steadfast stability.
In the beauty of that moment, we acquired amenability.
Within your visitation you kissed, hugged and loved on me. We made peace
with your departure from this life. We put the pain of the past behind us.
No more arguing
No more early mornings
long days or late nights
No more strife
No more alcohol & drug disputes "alright"
No more women with short skirts & Knee-high boots
You know I'm talking about "Those Prostitutes"
No more guns or fist fights
and holding court on the streets "alright"
No more diamond in the back, sunroof top Cadillac fleets
No cleaner as "eaters musketeers"
And kufi caps, starched handkerchiefs,
shirts & pants
with Fresh Daniel Greens,
Bally's or Stacy Adam’s on your feet
you were the epitome of the well-known idiom "Clean as a whistle".
I vow to continue teaching, preaching, speaking,
aiding, assisting and helping individuals to healing
from mental health disorder, illnesses, alcoholism, and addictions Gods Way.
until the Good Lord and Shepherd says otherwise.

because God has utilized his methods of health and wellness to aid, assist, conform &
transform me, “collectively God & Health and Wellness saved my life, I was suffering from
addiction, grief, guilt, sickness, sin & death.”
I believe individuals should be able to choose what ultimately, “will work or works” best for
them. Whether they choose Clinical (Conventional Medicine/ Therapy/ Counseling) and/or
Wholistic (herbal / homeopathic remedies / supplements /alternative medicine), counseling or
therapy. It should be solely based upon their personal preferences, beliefs, choices or values.

Subsequently, what may provide life for one individual may be different (providing death) for
another individual and conversely!

to Alzheimer’s & Dementia…
I’ve been acquainted with grave sorrow, addiction, grief and mental illnesses (I.e), rationality,

Subsequently without restraint or resistance she reverence and receive pastoral counseling
“fancying spirituality & conventional homeopathy ”her sister also embody this concept, she’s
exactly the same way.”
Question?
Should we give up or turn our backs on these individuals and allow them to fall through the
cracks of society? because of their disdain, consent, or choices of healing and/or
deliverance?”

“I buried my father (Anthony Hathaway) his demise was due to an overdose of drugs and
alcohol a few years ago in Austin, Texas.
My Brother-In-Law (Hasan Williams) overdosed on opioids, alcohol & undiagnosed mental
health illnesses in Austin, Tx.
My Brother-In-Law (Emeka Williams) not so long ago, was in a shootout with APD & sustained
multiple gunshot injuries due to a combination of diagnosed ongoing trauma, mental illnesses,
drug addictions & alcohol dependencies in Austin,Tx.
My Uncle (Freddie Givens) peril was due to alcoholism in California.
My 1st Cousin (Todd Richardson) overdosed on opioids & alcohol in N.O, LA.
My Cousin (Erica Sterling) overdosed on opioids & alcohol in N.O, LA.
My Cousin (Jermaine Sterling) overdosed on opioids & alcohol in N.O, LA..
And last but not least
My Brother (Walter C. Richardson Sr.) & Cousin (Eugene E. Barrow) Collectively their demise
came by way of a tragic double homicide, due to conflicts of drugs and alcohol in N.O, LA. “

depressed and marginalized community due to clandestine addiction’s & (misdiagnosed or
undiagnosed) underlying mental health issues.

Speaking and teaching about these topics directly galvanizes a safe space to shield, protect,
cover one another so that individuals can unpack, unearth, relax, recognize, release, recover,
heal, thrive and evolve as we continue to build on this critical framework with Spiritual
