What is reprogramming in psychology?



Reprogramming your brain means breaking through negative chatter & self sabotage like, “I can't or You won’t be able to. ” Think of it the same way you would build muscle at the gym. At first, it will seem difficult and maybe even taxing. But if you start small and do it every day, you will gradually become stronger.



Refraining + Separation = Sanctification (God’ Consciousness).


We must refrain, separate and distance ourselves from allowing others to speak negatively or worldly wisdom (Carnality or Capriciousness) into our (lives) that being said “perverse and evil communications into our hearing, our hearts, our spirit and minds”. It corrupts and destroys good manners, morals, justice and truth.




(Proverbs 18:21) The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.


(James 3:6NIV) The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. but no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.



Cognitive reframing is a psychological technique that consists of identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed. Cognitive reframing is the process by which such situations or thoughts are challenged and then changed. In the context of cognitive therapy, cognitive reframing is referred to as cognitive restructuring.
